About Me

Donna Wilkinson: Known as “The Animal,” Donna has been a dominant force on the D.C. Divas Women’s Professional Football Team since the team’s inception in 2001. Donna is a five sport College athlete who is dynamic, versatile and passionate about life and football. A ten year veteran, Donna is the all-time leading rusher and scorer for the Divas and has played defensive end, fullback, linebacker, running back and is now at tight end & wide receiver. A team MVP and League All-Star, Donna received the John W Posey “professional athlete of the year” award in 2003 from the Pig Skin Club of Washington. She was the Independent Women’s Football League (IWFL) 3rd strongest woman in 2007. This summer Donna is proud to represent the United States of America in the first International Federation of American Football (IFAF) Women’s World Championship in Stockholm, Sweden as a member of Team USA.
